DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY DOCTOR TO SEE YOU?

No, we do not require a physician's referral for any services. However, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider to see if they require a referral for coverage. Most providers do not, but occasionally a plan will require a physician's referral before they will issue a reimbursement for service fees.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

The majority of insurance providers will cover speech and language services. Coverage is usually capped at a specific dollar amount per year, much like massage therapy, chiropractic services, etc. Check with your provider for the details on your coverage plan.

DO YOU HAVE DIRECT BILLING?

No. We do not directly bill insurance insurance providers. Upon payment, we will issue you a receipt that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept cash or email money transfers as forms of payment. Payments are to be made at the end of each appointment and a receipt will provided.
