Do I need a referral from my doctor to see you?

No, I do not require a physician's referral for any services. However, I recommend that you check with your insurance provider to see if they require a referral for coverage. Most providers do not, but occasionally a plan will require a physician's referral before they will issue a reimbursement for service fees.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

The majority of insurance providers will cover speech and language services. Coverage is usually capped at a specific dollar amount per year, much like massage therapy, chiropractic services, etc. Check with your provider for the details on your coverage plan.

Do you have direct billing?

No. I do not directly bill insurance insurance providers. Upon payment, I will issue you a receipt that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.

What are your payment options?

I accept cash, cheque, or email money transfers as forms of payment. Payments are to be made at the end of each appointment and a receipt will provided.
